This is a typical Weelkes number with fantastic counterpoint as well as constantly moving melodies strong with motivic repetition.

When performing this, keep in mind that the ascending melodies will crescendo and the descending melodies get softer giving the piece more life and musicality.

Much time was spent correcting wrong notes from the original score. The key was changed for better range as well as easier key signatures.
