The most well known band arrangement for band is the Carmen Dragon version. This trumpet choir arrangement comes as close to that arrangement as I have heard. I used three trumpets, three cornets and two flugelhorns to gain the different colors from each instrument. Staging the trumpets in the middle, the cornets to the left and the flugels to the right lets each section stand out on stage.
We have not performed this number due to the fact that I just finished it ten minutes ago, but I'm sure this will be a number everyone will remember on your next program.
